• Boats are built to agreed specifications confirmed prior to manufacture.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without notice but confirmed orders will be honoured at the agreed price.
• Full payment, or payment in accordance with agreed milestones, is required before delivery or collection.
• Ownership of goods transfers only once full payment has been received.

4. Orders and Cancellations

• Orders are confirmed once accepted in writing by Drakōn Boats.
• Orders for custom-built or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once manufacture has commenced.
• Drakōn Boats reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, with any payments received refunded in accordance with applicable law.

5. Delivery and Collection

• Delivery or collection arrangements are agreed on a case-by-case basis.
• Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control.
• Risk transfers to the customer upon collection or handover to an agreed transport provider, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Customers are responsible for inspecting goods at the time of delivery or collection.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Customers are encouraged to review the Returns Policy before placing an order.

7. Warranty and Defects

• Drakōn Boats warrants that products are manufactured with reasonable care and skill.
• Any defects must be reported within a reasonable period after discovery.
• Remedies for defects may include repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion and subject to applicable law.
• Normal wear and tear, misuse, modification, or improper maintenance are excluded.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Drakōn Boats is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of use, loss of income, or loss of profits.
• Liability is limited to the value of the product supplied, to the extent permitted by law.
