Returns Policy

Overview

Drakōn Boats manufactures and supplies aluminium boats and related products. Due to the nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Boats

Completed boats are custom-built products and are not eligible for return once delivered or collected, except where required by law.

Customers are encouraged to inspect boats prior to final handover.
Any concerns or defects must be raised before collection or delivery.
Once a boat has been collected or delivered, it is deemed to have been accepted in its delivered condition.

This does not affect statutory rights relating to manufacturing defects or workmanship issues.

Accessories and Smaller Items

Accessories, components, or merchandise may be eligible for return subject to the following conditions:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.

Drakōn Boats reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom-made or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless defective.

This includes items manufactured or modified to customer specifications.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is defective or incorrect:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or collection.
Supporting photographs and details may be required.
Where appropriate, the item may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible.
Refunds do not include original shipping or delivery costs unless required by law.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders for standard items may be cancelled prior to dispatch.
Orders for custom or in-production items cannot be cancelled once manufacture has commenced.
Collection and Inspection

Where items are collected:

Customers must inspect items at the time of collection.
Any visible issues should be raised immediately.
Claims made after collection may not be accepted.
